In early 2024, the Association of Defense Communities (ADC) commissioned Feedback to conduct a Digital Ethnography Military Quality-of-Life (QoL) Indicative Study.  The objective: to illuminate the experiences of military families within the framework of the Five & Thrive model, encompassing housing, healthcare, education, childcare, and spouse employment.  Leveraging the expertise of PhD-level social scientists along with advanced digital ethnographic tools, over 50,000 unique data points from online discussions were analyzed for the study.  The aim was to extract pertinent data to gain actionable insights into the top issues impacting quality-of-life for military families.

This webinar reviewed the findings of the study, and was led by Chief Behavioral Officer of Feedback, Dean Browell, PhD.

Dean was joined by Lamarque Polvado, Chief Executive Officer, Feedback, and Matt Borron, Executive Director, ADC.
